About the EMEU4ALL project

About the EMEU4ALL (E4ALL) project

The aim of the EMEU (Engineering Mobility in Europe) network partners is to provide as many students from the EMEU partner network as possible with an international experience, be it virtually, physically or both.

The first step towards realizing this, was the development of three weeks’ study modules for Engineering and ICT students in the KA2 project, EMEU4Engineering (2014-2016).  http://em-eu.eu/the-emeu-network/about-the-emeu-project/

Within two years more than 50 study modules were developed by and tested . As a result the EMEU project was recognized as a Best Practice of KA2 projects in Europe for its impact on students, staff and education.

In 2016 the E4ALL project was successfully submitted which aimed at three weeks’ study modules for

  • Health Care

  • Social care

  • Marketing

  • Retail

  • Hospitality

  • Sports

Besides study modules the E4ALL project is developing virtual activities which motivate the partner students and staff to work together within their vocational context and at a distance.

The EMEU concept consist of three components each of which can also be addressed individually:

  1. Virtual activities

  2. Study Modules

  3. International work placements

In March 2019 the project will organize a final conference in Speyer, Germany, after which the EMEU and EMEU4ALL network will continue as the EMEU network.

The sustainability of the EMEU network after the KA2 funding has finished, is arranged through signing a so-called cooperation agreement by all partners. This ensures the network’s commitment and participation for at least 2 years.

Every two years the cooperation agreement is discussed, adapted if necessary and signed at the annual EMEU meeting for all sectors.
